The two routes to a ticket
For US-based fans, there are two legitimate ways to attend the 2027 Ryder Cup at Adare Manor:
- The public ballot — opens Wednesday June 3, 2026 via rydercup.com. Free to enter, randomised draw, you specify which days you want.
- Ticket-inclusive hospitality packages — sold by Ryder Cup Travel Services (RCTS), the official provider, and a small list of Official Tour Operators. These bundle a guaranteed ticket with a hotel and transfers.
The Irish priority window — already gone for Americans
Residents of the island of Ireland had an exclusive priority window opening April 24, 2026 — that one isn't open to US residents.
Ticket types
- General Admission day tickets — Friday, Saturday, Sunday (the most contested).
- Practice day tickets — Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. Easier to win in the ballot, brilliant value.
- Premium experiences — semi-private and private suites, sold separately.
Hospitality — guaranteed but expensive
If you must be there and the ballot is too risky, the official hospitality programme through RCTS is the certain route. Multi-day packages, private suites, and ticket-inclusive hotel experiences are listed at rydercup.com/tickets/2027. Pricing is well into five figures per person.
Official Tour Operators (US-friendly)
A small group of operators are licensed by Ryder Cup Europe to sell ticket-inclusive packages. Examples include Carr Golf and Golf Travel Centre. These bundle accommodation, ticket and transfers. They're convenient, they're not cheap, and they dictate the itinerary.
If you don't win the ballot
Plenty of options remain:
- Apply for practice day tickets — the field is the same, the crowd is smaller, the atmosphere is fantastic.
- Watch from the resale market closer to the event (verified resale only — avoid scalpers).
- Use the trip as a golf vacation in its own right: stay near Adare, play the courses, watch the tournament on TV at the Lodge with friends. We see this annually.
The accommodation point
Whichever ticket route you take, accommodation is a separate problem — and it's the one with the hardest deadline. Independent rooms within an hour of the venue are already disappearing fast. Tour-operator packages bake in a hotel, so they don't help with the inventory squeeze.
